Roof Cleaning Brisbane
The right method for your roof.
Treatment and pressure chosen to suit your roof type.
Real roof transformations
Brisbane roofs cleaned using the right approach—whether that's soft wash treatment or controlled pressure cleaning.
The right method for your roof
Not every roof needs the same approach. Some roofs benefit from soft wash treatment that kills lichen and mould at the source. Others need controlled pressure cleaning to remove built-up grime and staining.
If you are freshening up the whole property, I can also combine roof cleaning with House Washing, Driveway Cleaning, and Window Cleaning.
The method I use depends on your roof type, condition, and what's growing on it. When you send photos, I assess what will work best—whether that's soft wash, pressure cleaning, or a combination of both.
- ✓ Soft wash: Low-pressure treatment ideal for fragile tiles, heavy lichen growth, or when protecting the roof surface is the priority.
- ✓ Pressure cleaning: Controlled pressure perfect for metal roofs, light to moderate buildup, or when a deeper clean is needed.
- ✓ Combination approach: Treatment plus pressure for roofs that need both mould-killing and surface cleaning.

What Customers Say
Common Questions
Will roof cleaning damage my tiles or roof? +
No. We choose the right method for your specific roof type and condition—whether that's gentle soft wash treatment or controlled pressure cleaning—to ensure your roof is cleaned safely without damage.
How do you decide between soft wash and pressure cleaning? +
It depends on your roof type, condition, and what's growing on it. Some roofs need gentle treatment to kill lichen, others need pressure to remove buildup. When you send photos, I assess which approach will work best.
How long does roof cleaning take? +
A standard single-storey roof takes 2-4 hours depending on size and condition. Larger or steeper roofs may take longer.
Does roof cleaning include the gutters? +
Yes. We perform a full gutter flush after the roof clean to ensure all debris is removed and water flows freely.
Will the results be immediate? +
Most of the visual improvement happens on the day. If treatment is used, lichen and moss will continue to break down over the following 2-4 weeks as rain washes away dead material.
Do I need to be home during the clean? +
You do not need to be home as long as I have clear access around the house and to a tap. Photos of the finished roof can be sent through once the job is complete.
