Do I need to be home during the clean? +
Not always. If I can access the outdoor area and a water tap, I can usually do it while you are out. If you want me to cycle the louvres, I may need the remote.
Will water get into the motor or wiring? +
I use low pressure and control my angles. I am not blasting upwards into seams. If I see a split seal or a cable entry point that is already open, I will show you.
Can you fix the green mould and brown drip marks? +
Yes. I pre-treat with a soft wash mix that kills the mould and pulls the grime off both the top of the louvres and the underside where you see it when you sit underneath.
Can high pressure wreck a Vergola? +
Yes. High pressure can bend a panel, blow out seals, and force dirty water into places it should never go. I do not clean like that. I use controlled soft wash and low pressure rinse.
Do you clear out the channels and drains? +
Yes. The channels and gutter lines get flushed so water can actually escape instead of sitting there and staining. This also helps the louvres move properly.
