Do you clean tracks, frames, and flyscreens? +
Yes. Tracks are vacuumed and wiped, flyscreens are removed and washed, and sills and frames are wiped clean for every job, with no extra charges.
Do I need to be home during the clean? +
Not always. If we’re only doing the exterior, you don’t need to be home. We’ll send before and after photos. For internal cleaning, we’ll schedule a time that works for you.
How long does window cleaning take? +
Most residential jobs take 2–4 hours depending on the size and number of windows. We’ll give you a clear time estimate when quoting.
What should I do to prepare? +
Just make sure we can access the windows. If we’re cleaning inside, clearing furniture away from windows is helpful. For outside, please remove any dog waste or garden obstacles where possible.
